Where your enquiry actually goes
When you send us an enquiry through the contact form or the service configurator, we process the details you provide in order to answer you. Our lawful basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not rely on consent for this, so there is nothing for you to tick and nothing to withdraw.

| Who receives it | your enquiry is delivered to our team by email through our own mail relay — the message is not handed to a third-party email provider. Cloudflare carries it in transit as our infrastructure provider under a data processing addendum, with transfers outside the EEA covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. |
| Spam protection | both forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a person rather than a bot. It processes your IP address and basic browser signals for that check alone, on our legitimate interest in keeping the forms usable (Art. 6(1)(f)). It does not profile you or track you across sites. |
| How long we keep it | enquiry correspondence is retained for 24 months after our last contact with you and then deleted, unless it becomes part of a customer relationship or we are required to keep it longer by law. |
